Consulting

Gregory Shea, Ph.D.Greg’s 30 year history of consulting has brought him to the front lines of industries and leaders in crisis.  Whether the issues that inspired his engagement were the result of technology, innovation, or regulatory changes, he has devoted his consulting practice to advising and supporting individuals and organizations when they are the most threatened and vulnerable – when they most need a trusted adviser who devotes his energies to advising, teaching, and supporting.

One Leader at a Time

Greg devotes a great deal of his energies to the development of key leaders in organizations. He specializes in executive development and is well known for his focus on teaching individuals new models and approaches to thinking about critical questions, as well as specific behaviors such as how to ‘think with’ colleagues, listen better, or prepare for succession. Whether the assignment involves working with a single key leader, or involves working individually with a team of executives within an organization, his work is tailored specifically to the individuals and the specific needs identified.  While a number of Greg’s clients request a single issue to be addressed, the majority of his clients are involved in a multi-year and multi-project relationship.
