INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

My leadership and change consulting, research, and teaching broadly fall into four areas.

Industry Experience

I have worked for extended periods of time in numerous industries:

  • Manufacturing

  • Telecommunications

  • Power generation, transmission, and distribution

  • Financial services

  • Digital and internet

  • Specialty chemicals

  • Professional services (especially design and medical)

  • Healthcare, particularly academic-based provider organizations

Teaching Leadership

Person, role, and situation combine to create moments for leadership. Therefore, I help leaders one on one and in classroom settings to understand each of those components better, to see them more clearly in real-time, and to lead more effectively.
